Bookkeeping
We record your transactions using QuickBooks or Sage (formerly Simply Accounting)
Monthly
$225
- E-mail us your info; bank & credit card statements, bills of sale etc
- bank reconciliation
- printout of annual transactions
- prepared & billed quarterly or annually
- fees vary with transaction volume & complexity (may be lower)
Note: we do not provide invoicing or bill paying as part of this service
GST Filing
Once the bookkeeping is complete we file your return(s)
Monthly, Quarterly or Annual return

- fees are included in bookkeeping above
- we handle CRA disputes & GST reviews/audits, additional fees apply
- we have online access to CRA GST account
- ask us about online banking payments to CRA
Payroll
As part of our bookkeeping service we prepare employee payroll, records of employment & T4s
Semi-monthly, monthly or annual
$45/employee $35 > 50 employees
*shareholder tax planning is included in financial statement & T4/T5 fees
- payroll summary & PD7A report for Source Deductions provided
- ask us about online banking payments to CRA
- we handle CRA reviews/audits, additional fees apply
- we have online access to CRA payroll account

$65 each $45 > 50 employees
- we provide, prepare & submit forms
- filed online if over 50 employees
T4 slips & Summary
$200 min +
*due by February 28th
- includes up to 2 shareholders
- each employee add $35
